If you're not happy with your order for any reason, call us at 613-820-5888 or email sales@sgagrp.com within 30 days of receiving it. We'll fix it, remake it or refund it.

Free returns

We pay the return shipping. Contact us first and we'll send you a prepaid return label or arrange pickup at our Bells Corners or Cornwall location.

Engraved and custom items are made just for you. If something isn't right, we'll fix it or remake it, and if we can't make it right, we'll refund you.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
