This Privacy Policy describes how SGA Grp (“SGA Grp”, the “Site” at www.sgagrp.com, or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site, or contact us by phone, email or in person at one of our locations.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. Device information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
• Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
• Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels, including the Meta pixel, the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Google Tag Manager.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising.

Order information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and payments made with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or e-transfer), email address, and phone number.
• Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
• Source of collection: collected from you.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, our payment processors (including PayPal), shipping carriers such as Canada Post, and the sales channels we sell through (including Google and Meta).

Customer support information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: your name, email address, phone number, order number, the content of your messages and call notes, and any artwork, logos or files you send us for engraving or printing.
• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
• Source of collection: collected from you.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and with the email and phone service providers we use to respond to you.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

• We share your Personal Information with payment processors, shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics providers (such as Google and Meta) so that we can process and deliver your order and understand how our Site is used.
• We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not sell your Personal Information.

Behavioural Advertising

We use the Meta pixel and Google tags to measure how our Site and advertisements perform and to show you advertisements for our products on other websites and platforms. The services we use may collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the products you look at and purchases you make.

We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, engraving, printing and fulfilling your order, shipping or arranging pickup, and keeping you up to date on your order. We also use it to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and improve and optimize our Site. We do not send marketing emails or text messages.

Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information for as long as needed for your orders, our records and legal requirements, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Where Your Information is Stored

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, by Shopify and our other service providers. Where this happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries and may be accessible to their courts and authorities.
