How to Order

We have over 1,000 products, including trophies, plaques, medals, awards, name badges, signs and mugs.

No minimum order. The only exception is custom medals, which have a minimum of 100 pieces.

• Our free engraving is included on every product, and the price you see already includes it.
• Add your names, titles and dates on the product page.
• Please check your spelling twice. We engrave exactly what you send us.
• Setup and engraving of one logo per item is free, as long as the file is engraving-ready.

Upload your artwork with your order.

• Accepted files: .jpg, .png, .tif, .ai and .cdr, at 300 DPI or higher.
• Logos on glass or acrylic need to be black and white.
• If your file needs some work, we will help, and we will tell you about any fee before we start.
• Reordering? Give us the old order number, the date or your organization's name, and we will use the artwork we have on file.

Website orders are paid at checkout, before we create your artwork and start production. If you would like to request payment terms, simply reach out to us.

• We email you a PDF proof. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
• If you want changes, we will send you a new proof.
• Once you approve, your order goes to production.
• Please see our refund policy.

Regular turnaround is 5 to 10 business days after proof approval, plus shipping.

Pickup is free, and we email you when your order is ready.

Canada-wide shipping: we ship across Canada with Canada Post, with tracking. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. For more, see our production and shipping details.

• Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 5 business days
• Other provinces: 3 to 7 business days
• Territories: 8 to 15 business days

We can't ship to the U.S. right now because of the tariffs.
